Use this form to give written notice that you intend to end your tenancy and leave the property. We'll check it against your agreement and confirm your tenancy end date — an acknowledgement of receipt alone is not agreement to shorten the required notice period.

I understand that rent and all other tenancy obligations continue until the tenancy legally ends, unless the landlord agrees otherwise in writing. I understand that a notice ending a joint tenancy will usually end the tenancy for every joint tenant, even if only one tenant gives the notice.
